Poached Eggs for 2

Tonight I requested this for dinner, via the kitchn, via Bon Appetit. I wish I knew French like I used to. Hubby obliged. After 1 round of Jeopardy and 2 rounds of Family Feud; it has been a laid back evening. Last night we sat on the porch and discussed death. How often do you do that with your loved ones? It is appropriate when you have been to a funeral and cried.
