straus family creamery, yves veggie cuisine, rainbow chard, and food should taste good

everything we purchased was composed of ingredients we recognize on the label, no msgs, no preservatives, and no high fructose corn syrup. all of the produce is organic. this was easy for us because we shopped at trader joe's and a local grocer. this is HARD to do at the chain grocers in our town.
