weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! there is no greater fun finding a gift than a new baby gift!! :)
but where will i go? i am so sad that henny penny closed. i can’t believe it has been two years already. wow. that also means it has been over four years since i worked at spoiled rotten!
i really loved working at hp, especially getting to do purchasing and design work. (i look at photos once in a while to reminisce) after the store closed i held onto the dream that i would have my own store someday. the vision is still crystal clear in my mind. however i’ve come to develop an extremely expensive and refined taste in baby things. the failure of both henny penny and spoiled rotten make one thing very clear: consumers aren’t interested in spending much on tiny things for tiny people who grow very quickly! :P
but, oh! the exquisite and extravagantly priced things that one can find! i guess my shop would only do well if it was in nyc or paris :) here are some of my recent super yummy finds:
